Resumen:
La hemicolectomía derecha con linfadenectomía D3 y/o escisión total del mesocolon constituye una técnica introducida en las últimas décadas como una variante oncológica que busca estadificar de una manera más exacta, incrementar la supervivencia y disminuir la recidiva en pacientes con cáncer colorrectal del colon derecho; sin embargo, no hay muchos estudios comparando el abordaje laparoscópico versus robótico.

Abstract:
Right hemicolectomy with D3 lymphadenectomy and/or total excision of the mesocolon is a technique introduced in recent decades as an oncological variant that seeks to more accurately stage, increase survival and decrease recurrence in patients with colorectal cancer of the right colon, however, there are not many studies comparing the laparoscopic versus robotic approach.
